Around the World - December was our biggest month of web site activity.  It’s amazing that the Releasing Kings message has drawn world-wide interest.  In addition to US commercial here are other nations in the order of use: Canada, Netherlands, Malaysia, Belgium, US Government, US Military, Italy, Australia, United States, Switzerland, Uganda, Philippines, Seychelles, Singapore, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Indonesia, India, and Peru.    Encouraging Pastors Kings are a group of people that God has often held out of pastoral ministry in church.  It's fairly common to find them frustrated - compelled by the Holy Spirit to find a release for their ministry on one hand, and unable to convince their pastor to let them be priests on the other. Even when Kings understand they are called outside the church to expand the Kingdom, they often carry the a sense of failure and rejection over having been left out of the ministry of the church.  Here's where it's headed in 2005.  Kings are going to find a release in both prosperity, ministry, and visibility in the Kingdom.  Instead of feeling wounded and abandoned in the back row of the church, God is changing their perspective and seating them at His right hand; He's giving them the baton and inviting them to run with it.  The days of waiting for the pastor to find their ministry for them are over.  "Pulpit envy" has about run its course too. Kings will actually switch over and see themselves as having a role that complements the priestly role of their pastor.  God is going to put a grace within the heart of Kings to help pastor's succeed - in the same way that Nehemiah helped Ezra and Moses helped Aaron and David helped Zadok. Most Pastors would love to have a Solomon build them a church. Kings will start businesses in foreign countries as a means of planting churches. The Kingly influence in communities through bankers, businessmen, mayors, etc. will "transform" cities in our own nation. Pastors will appreciate the evangelism and the growth of new converts in their own churches. Kings will transition out of a negative orientation toward pastors.  Instead of feeling rejected, wounded, and subservient, Kings will begin to build the kingdom and appreciate the role of pastors in equipping the saints. I believe the new model for church planting will often originate with Kings - they will find a city with a need, provide the facility and the congregation and look for a pastor that can give himself to prayer and feeding the word (unfettered by the natural needs that go with starting a church)... the property, the building, the chairs, the rooms for children's ministry, the sound system, the instruments, the carpet, the lighting, the parking, the evangelism... What was once a mountain for pastors will be a gift from Kings - with no strings attached.  Assignments for 2005. #1 Bless pastors by your words and deeds.  God is Releasing Kings in the Marketplace and pastors will see a return in evangelism, church growth, missions, facilities, and wildly excited people having the adventure of their lives. It's hard to turn those offers down. Find the adventure in the venture God is calling you to. Turn in your ashes for dancing. God's call on your life is a script where you're the hero; the scenes are full of beauty, romance, adventure, warfare, and victory.  You win even before the end and the Lord is saying, "Well done, good and faithful friend." Admit that your heart's desires are important to God and worth fighting for. #3 Intercession - Businesses and ministries will see a "bottom line" benefit to counter spiritual warfare with prayer. As boldness increases prophetic prayer will play an increased role to prevent "enemy theft." Cover your initiatives in prayer.   Spokane Conference download The conference in Spokane was a breakthrough - some of the highlights are listed below. We did not get it taped due to a technical problem (apologies – I know many that couldn’t come were looking forward to listening)  The notes from John’s session are on the teacher’s guide page (7 Ways to Find Your Heart's Desire).  We would love to repeat the whole thing in your area or church. It was a thrill to be involved in articulating something so fresh and alive to hungry people.  Every speaker brought a unique facet of this message.  Another highlight was meeting and networking with all that God is doing in the lives of Kings.  New books, new investments, new mission strategies, new real estate opportunities, people willing to help Steve Brown train young people to be entrepreneurial, and others taking on orphanages and Bible colleges in Africa that Harold has started. We closed the conference in prayer; touching the call of God on Spokane, encouraging the post 50's generation, and by ministering to individuals prophetically.
