How it started:

Tara was raised in Jacksonville, FL. Her father was a Realtor - the source of her entrepreneurial spirit and her mother a great communicator and interior designer the source of her gift of speaking and creativity. Tara found Christ in the marketplace at age 20 as a while working in corporate America. She excelled greatly in her career developing leadership skills along the way where she discovered a desire to have her own business. She left her full time job and jumped at the chance of entrepreneurship. She opened a small retail/bookstore in the mall which was the beginning of her journey in being called to the marketplace.  

While in business she noticed the need of spiritual, personal and professional development for herself and the community. So from 2005 - 2010, Tara was the founder of a national marketplace ministry - Godly Business Women's Network. Through that network she helped hundreds of women with coaching, consulting, training and networking on the “what” and “why” of Marketplace Ministry.

Now Tara has taken her experience, skills, talents, and expertise to another level through the support of her Millionaire Mentors. Her latest venture is creating success programs that not only equip on “what” and “why” of marketplace ministry but now includes the step by step “How To” succeed in life and business.

Tara is a proven marketplace leader that has generated thousands of dollars for wealth transfer and culture transformation and is being groomed as a millionaire herself. She has definitely owned her trademark “Leading Lady in Marketplace Ministry™” and is grooming other women for success in her new program Leading Ladies Inner Circle™.

There are BIG plans for Tara in 2010 which includes traveling around the nation speaking, ministering out of country and launching new success programs equipping others to succeed in life and business. As a single mother of a 10 year old son, Tara, is a walking testimony for women that have a dream to become successful in the marketplace and ministry.

Personal Passion: Tara is naturally evangelistic and prophetic. Her passion is to equip women spiritually, personally, professionally, and financially. She is described as an activator of dreams and agent of change.

Personal Benefit: Tara loves seeing the "a ha" moments in the lives of so many people as she helps them to see and understand the big picture of their calling in the Kingdom.

Complexities, failures (downside): Coaching, working with people, and dealing with their issues places a high demand on Tara's energy. She has to manage her time wisely as the Lord continues to increase her influence.
